so i received my first two (different) sets of minicards and they look terrible.. so dark that they're unusable.. the whites are dark grey and the rest looks like someone reduced the saturation by 50% they looked really bright and vibrant as I was uploading and cropping them.. almost too saturated.. what went wrong?has this happened to anyone else before?is there a way to forbid this happening again? themuses - did you use photos from your photostream? (I ask because most of your photos on here are pretty dark and the backgrounds for your jewelry are gray on my observe.) Are you sure your observe is calibrated correctly? no. I worked on them in PS then uploaded them straight to moo as jpegs it's weird. if anything my monitor is dark.. but it's a pretty maim gauge being a laptop.. i did check the photos before uploading them on a friends' desktop monitor and they looked ridiculously oversaturated and bright on his...+ they printed that way too.. i'm worried about my flickr photos now though.. the backgrounds are meant to be lighten grey but not dark... I just looked at your photos and your whites are not white- they're color on my observe. My first Moos came out fabulous. My only complaint was that they took too long to go. The color and saturation on exploit are spot-on sorry to hear yours didn't bring home the bacon out to well. While I've been happy with Moo in general. I've found the colour to be a bit erratic. I undergo this image..... printed by Moo four times none of which are quite the same: - the very first free promotional case of 10 cards. Turned out great. - second set of minicards: very dull colours though the brightness is OK. - set of notecards: most closely matches the first minicard but still noticeably different (less bright exceed colours). - sticker: brightest/most saturated of the four (could just be the polish finish). Of the four only the back up was anything I'd call "bad" and Moo customer function was excellent when I contacted them. Oddly with the stickers black and color images that undergo turned out fine on other formats turned out extremely lighten. The following images completely lack any color at all in the stickers: Since the highlights are fine. I'm betting is some sort of adjustment gone do by attempting to compensate for the usual 'slightly darker' Moo look. The weird bit is that act upon images had no problems with their color levels; some of my act upon night shots were the best-looking stickers of the group. So my overall undergo is that the quality is generally good but slightly unpredictable and (so far) not very consistent. The products are great (I desire the stickers best myself) but without a bit more consistency I'm not express emotion on finding uses for them apart from "for fun." You're definitely not the only one who has found this the free 10-pack I got ages ago approve when MOO launched was perfect then I actually bought a case and they came out so dark I sent them back.
